The Developing Career Programs, Services, or Courses on-demand bundle requires the completion of the following self-paced modules:

Students are welcome to take individual modules based on their training needs; however, the modules can be bundled to receive credit for the full 20-hour, Developing Career Programs, Services, or Courses.  Although the self-paced modules are independent of each other and can be completed in any order, for those aiming to complete the full CMPP Bundle, we do recommend completing in the order listed here.

You will also reflect on your goals, readiness, and responsibilities as you determine what you intend to create and how you will approach the development process.

You will examine how experiential learning, universal design principles, instructional design models, and thoughtful material development contribute to accessible, engaging, and high-quality learning experiences.
This module introduces the core evaluation concepts and practices within program, service, and course design, emphasizing how quality mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, and participant feedback work together to ensure effective, evidence‑informed delivery. Learners will explore practical tools and methods for assessing outputs, outcomes, and participant experience across diverse program contexts.
In this module, you will explore how participant and learner assessment strategies provide meaningful insight into whether learning is occurring, how it is being applied, and what supports or barriers shape the learning experience. With an emphasis on formative and summative approaches, as well as inclusive and culturally responsive assessment design, the module equips you to integrate learner assessment within broader program evaluation efforts.
