3.5. Webinar Refund/Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for withdrawals received within 72 hours after registration provided the webinar hasn’t run. After this refund period has passed, there is no refund available. A copy of the recorded webinar, however, will be provided to all registrants. Typically, our webinars are run through Zoom. Attendees will have the ability to share their video or not, and ask questions through the chat feature. 

Note: Technical issues are the full responsibility of each webinar attendee and refunds are not available for webinars that ran successfully. Recordings will be made available.
