3.8. Grievance Policy
In the event a dispute arises between a student and instructor, the following procedures will be followed:
- The student must raise the concern with the instructor including a specific request for action
- If the dispute isn’t resolved, the student must submit the concern in writing to the instructor, cc’ing Dr. Roberta Borgen (Neault, president of Life Strategies Ltd.) at roberta@lifestrategies.ca
- Dr. Borgen, or a designate, will follow-up with the student and instructor within 3 working days to see if the issue has been satisfactorily resolved
- If the issue hasn’t been resolved, Dr. Brogen, or the designate, will clarify the concerns and provide a resolution within 5 working days of receipt of the written complaint
