Here you will learn how career development services connect and contribute to other services and outcomes in your community. The aim is to help you “connect the dots” between the help you provide clients, the other help they need, the other players who provide that help, and how it all comes together to benefit the community. The more you know about the overall impact of your work, the better you’ll be able to make decisions about how to perform your work.
