The Helping Skills to Facilitate Career Development on-demand bundle requires the completion of the following self-paced modules:

• Scope of Helping Practice (4 hours)
• Building Blocks of the Helper-Client Relationship (4 hours)
• Dealing with “Challenging” Clients (3 hours)
• Exploration and Questioning Techniques (3 hours)
• Reflecting and Paraphrasing (3 hours)
• Summarizing and Ending the Helping Relationship (3 hours)

Students are welcome to take individual modules based on their training needs; however, the modules can be bundled to receive credit for the full 20-hour, Helping Skills to Facilitate Career Development. Although the self-paced modules are independent of each other and can be completed in any order, for those aiming to complete the full CMPP Bundle, we do recommend completing in the order listed here.
