The Researching Workplace Trends, Career Information, and Employment Possibilities on-demand bundle requires the completion of the following self-paced modules:

  • Online Career Research Basics (5 hours)
  • People as LMI Resources (3 hours)
  • Corporate/Organizational Culture (2 hours)
  • Employment Trends (5 hours)
  • Using LMI Effectively (5 hours)

Students are welcome to take individual modules based on their training needs; however, the modules can be bundled to receive credit for the full 20-hour, CResearching Workplace Trends, Career Information, and Employment Possibilities. Although the self-paced modules are independent of each other and can be completed in any order, for those aiming to complete the full CMPP Bundle, we do recommend completing in the order listed here.

Corporate culture plays a critical role in shaping workplace experiences and career satisfaction. This module equips CDPs to  guide clients in evaluating whether an organization’s culture aligns with their personal and professional goals.

People are among the most valuable sources of career information, offering lived experience, insider insights, and meaningful connections. This module explores how CDPs can help clients tap into personal, professional, and sector-specific networks to gain clarity, confidence, and direction in their career development journey.

This module introduces foundational research strategies to help CDPs identify credible sources, refine search techniques, and build a reliable base of labour market information tailored to specific career contexts.
